BPC-157 Wholesale: A Sourcing Guide for Research Suppliers
Updated · Vanta Foundry
Short answer
What should a research supplier check before buying BPC-157 wholesale?
Before buying BPC-157 wholesale, check three things: identity data that matches BPC-157 (a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, with its CAS number and sequence), a third-party report for the lot you'll receive that gives an HPLC purity and an LC-MS identity result, and a written quote for the exact vial sizes and number of vials. Compare suppliers on those documents, not on price alone, and buy only from a supplier that sells for research use only.
What BPC-157 Is, on Paper
BPC-157 is listed as a synthetic pentadecapeptide: a peptide of 15 amino acids. A supplier's product page should give its identity data (name and synonyms, CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight and sequence) and cite where that data comes from. Our BPC-157 wholesale page lists each, with sources.
Describe it that way in your own catalog too: what the material is, never what it does. Research-use-only copy is covered in writing storefront copy for research-use-only products.
For context on how widely a compound appears in the scientific literature, our research index shows publication statistics per compound. Use it as background for your catalog, not as a claim about the product.
Sizes and Forms
BPC-157 is usually supplied as lyophilized powder in single vials, sold by the amount in one vial. We list it in 5 mg and 10 mg vials, and as a blend with TB-500. Ask for the size you need even if it isn't listed: other sizes and larger factory-direct runs are often available.
When you plan sizes, think about how your own buyers order. Listing every size can spread stock thin, while one size may not fit what they ask for. Many suppliers start with one or two sizes and add others once inquiries show demand.
"Lyophilized" means freeze-dried: the material is supplied as a dry powder rather than a liquid. Lyophilized peptides explained covers what the term means on a product page and a report.
What the Report Should Show
The reports published for our BPC-157 are on its product page, each linked to the laboratory's own PDF. How to verify a peptide COA with the laboratory shows how to check one.
- The product and labelled size, matching what you're buying.
- A batch or lot number, the same one printed on your vials.
- HPLC purity, with the method (reverse-phase HPLC) and the wavelength.
- Identity by mass spectrometry (LC-MS), confirming the measured mass matches BPC-157.
- The laboratory's name and a way to verify the report with them.
- A test date, so you can see the report belongs to a recent batch rather than one sold out long ago.
Reading the Numbers
A purity figure on its own answers a narrow question: how much of what the instrument detected is the target peptide. It does not say how much peptide is in the vial by weight. That second figure, net peptide content, is a different test, and many reports don't include it. HPLC purity vs net peptide content explains the difference.
Read the identity result as carefully as the purity. A high purity figure for the wrong compound is no use, which is why the mass spectrometry line matters. If a report gives a purity but no identity result, ask for one. How to read a peptide COA walks through each line.
Blends
BPC-157 is also sold in blends, most often with TB-500. A blend report usually gives an average purity across its components rather than one figure per compound, so read which it is. See our BPC-157 + TB-500 wholesale page and the blends class.
Peptide blend reports explained covers what a blend report can and can't tell you, and what to ask when it gives one figure for two compounds.
Questions to Ask a BPC-157 Supplier
- Which lot will I receive, and where is its report published?
- Which laboratory issued the report, and how can I verify it with them?
- Is the lot number printed on every vial?
- Which vial sizes can you supply, and can you quote a size that isn't listed?
- Can the vials carry my own label, and what research-use-only wording goes on it?
- Where does the order ship from, and where can it ship to?
- How long does the quote hold, and what is the lead time?
Comparing Wholesale Quotes
Put quotes side by side for the same sizes, vial counts and documents: the lot and its report, labels, shipping and how long the price holds. How wholesale peptide pricing works explains what moves the price. To get ours, add BPC-157 to your list in the catalog and send it.
If one quote is well below the rest, check what it leaves out before you compare the totals. A quote with a sample report instead of the report for your lot is not like for like. Peptide supplier red flags lists the patterns that should make you pause.
Shipping and Lead Time
Ask where the order ships from before you compare quotes, because it changes both the lead time and the paperwork. Our stock and white label orders ship from Tampa Bay, Florida, to addresses in the United States. Larger factory-direct runs ship from the factory and can go internationally. Lead time is quoted with each order, and how wholesale ordering works explains the steps from quote to shipment.
Common Sourcing Mistakes
- Comparing unit prices across different sizes, rather than quoting the same size from each supplier.
- Accepting a sample report in place of the report for the lot you'll receive.
- Not checking the lot on arrival against the report you were sent.
- Treating a blend report as two single reports, when it gives one figure across both compounds.
- Copying a supplier's product text, including any wording that steps outside research use only.
Selling BPC-157 Under Your Brand
If you plan to resell, decide early whether you want unbranded vials or your own white label, and whether you will ship orders yourself or through a 3PL. Your product page should carry the same identity data and the report for each lot you sell, with research-use-only wording on the page and the label.
BPC-157 is a common search, so the product page is worth building properly: identity data, sizes, the report and a clear way to inquire, with no usage or outcome language anywhere. SEO, AEO and GEO for peptide brands covers how a page like that gets found.
Common questions
- What sizes of BPC-157 do you supply wholesale?
- 5 mg and 10 mg vials, and BPC-157 + TB-500 as a blend. Other sizes can be quoted on request.
- Is BPC-157 for human use?
- No. It is supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
- Can I see the BPC-157 report before ordering?
- Yes. Published reports are on the product page, and your quote names the lot you'll receive and its report.
- Can I get BPC-157 under my own label?
- Yes. BPC-157 can be supplied with your own white label, quoted with the order. Labels carry research-use-only wording.
- Is there a minimum order for BPC-157?
- No minimum is published. It depends on the sizes and quantities you need, and the quote confirms it.
