Small Molecules & Cofactors: sizes and published reports

Purity is the HPLC figure printed on a published third-party report that matches the product and size. Your quote names the lot you’ll receive and its report.

What this class covers

This class holds the catalog materials that are not peptides. NAD+ is a dinucleotide coenzyme at 663.4 g/mol, CAS 53-84-9, also indexed as nadide and beta-NAD. L-Carnitine is a quaternary ammonium compound, the L-isomer of carnitine, at 161.20 g/mol. Both are small molecules in the ordinary chemical sense, not sequences.

It also holds the two multi-component solutions. B12 is a cobalamin solution supplied in a 10 mL vial, and LIPO-C is a multi-component lipotropic solution, also 10 mL. These are the only products in the catalog listed by volume rather than by milligrams of solid, which changes what a laboratory report on them can say.

So the class mixes two supply formats: lyophilized powder listed in milligrams, and liquid listed in millilitres. Everything below follows from that split, including which products carry a purity figure and which carry an identity screen instead.

What we list in this class

Three of the four carry a report matched to the listed size, and L-Carnitine carries a reference report. The table above is generated from the report data, so it is the current record rather than a copy of one.

  • NAD+ - 500 mg and 1,000 mg, lyophilized powder. A published report for each of the two sizes.
  • L-Carnitine - 6,000 mg, supplied as a liquid. The published report is labelled 10 mg, so it does not document the size sold and is shown as a reference report.
  • B12 - 10 mL cobalamin solution. Published identity screen at 10 mL, matched to the size listed.
  • LIPO-C - 10 mL multi-component lipotropic solution. Published identity screen at 10 mL, matched to the size listed.
  • Related, in another class: recon water, water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol in a 10 mL glass vial, is listed under solvents and solutions rather than here.

What the published reports cover

The NAD+ reports are the only ones in the catalog run at a different wavelength: purity by RP-HPLC at 260 nm rather than 214 nm, which suits the material, plus identity by LC-MS and a net content figure in milligrams. The published figures are 99.659% on the 500 mg report and 99.718% on the 1,000 mg report, quoted exactly as printed.

The B12 and LIPO-C reports are a different kind of document. Each is an identity screen by HPLC-UV with LC-MS/MS, and each lists the compounds detected in the vial rather than their amounts. There is no purity percentage on either, and the catalog prints none: for a multi-component solution, what the report establishes is which compounds are present, which is exactly what the page says it establishes.

The L-Carnitine report is published and prints a purity figure, but it is labelled 10 mg while the product is sold at 6,000 mg, so it does not document the size sold. It is shown as a reference report for that reason. As with every class, no report establishes that its batch is the batch now in wholesale inventory: a quote names the lot you would receive and that lot's report, and every wholesale lot ships with its certificate of analysis.

Two compounds in this class have a publication statistics page under their product page, counting the indexed literature that names them: NAD+ and L-Carnitine. Both are among the most heavily published compounds in the whole catalog. The hub is /research.

How to order from this class

For the powders, size is the milligram amount in one vial and quantity is the number of vials. For the solutions, size is the fill volume of one vial and quantity is again the number of vials. No prices are published and no minimum is published: send the list and we quote it.

A list can mix formats and classes without any difficulty. NAD+ at both 500 mg and 1,000 mg, a count of B12 and LIPO-C vials, and whatever you want from peptides or GLP research all belong in one message.

The reply names pricing, current availability, the lot you would receive and its report. Wholesale stock, white label and 3PL ship from Tampa Bay, Florida to the United States; factory-direct orders come from the manufacturer and can ship internationally. How ordering works covers the sequence.

White label and 3PL in this class

Cofactors and solutions round out a research brand's shelf, and they white-label on the same terms as everything else. White label puts your brand on the vial, the label and the carton from these lots. 3PL fulfillment holds your finished stock in Tampa Bay and ships it out as your brand.

One thing worth deciding here specifically: how the solutions are presented on your own label and store, given that their reports are identity screens listing detected compounds rather than purity documents. Buyers who have learned to look for a purity percentage will ask, and the honest answer is a better answer than a number that no report prints. Bring the products, the sizes and the vial counts, and the quote confirms what is available.

What we source in this class beyond the four

Four products are what we hold here. Several further small molecules and cofactors are sourced to order rather than stocked: Glutathione, AICAR, Melatonin, 5-Amino-1MQ, SLU-PP-332 and Cerebrolysin. Bacteriostatic Water is sourced to order as well, under solvents and solutions.

A sourced compound is not in stock, and its page says exactly that: what the material is, that we get it to order, and that availability, sizes and pricing come back on the quote. Sourced and stocked items can share one inquiry and one quote. See everything we source.

Small Molecules & Cofactors wholesale questions

Which small molecules & cofactors do you supply wholesale?

L-Carnitine, LIPO-C, NAD+ and B12. The catalog shows part of what we have; ask for anything not listed and we source it.

Do these products have published laboratory reports?

1 of 4 have a published report that matches the product and size and prints an HPLC purity, shown on each card. Every wholesale lot comes with its certificate of analysis, and your quote names the lot you'll receive.

How do I get pricing?

Add products to your list, choose sizes and the number of vials, and send it on WhatsApp or by email. Sizes are the amount in one vial. Quantity is the number of vials you want. We reply with pricing, availability and the lot.

Are these for human use?

No. They are supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Why do B12 and LIPO-C have no purity percentage?

Because their published reports are identity screens rather than purity assays. Each is run by HPLC-UV with LC-MS/MS and lists the compounds detected in the vial, not their amounts. No report prints a purity figure for either product, so the catalog prints none.

Why is the NAD+ report run at 260 nm?

The reports for NAD+ print purity by RP-HPLC at 260 nm, where most reports in the catalog use 214 nm. Both NAD+ sizes are documented that way, with identity by LC-MS and a net content check.

Does the L-Carnitine report cover the 6,000 mg product?

No. The published report is labelled 10 mg while the product is sold at 6,000 mg, so it does not document the size sold and is shown as a reference report. Every wholesale lot still ships with its certificate of analysis, and your quote names the lot you would receive.

Are the solutions listed by volume or by weight?

By volume. B12 and LIPO-C are listed as 10 mL vials. NAD+ and L-Carnitine are listed by weight, at 500 mg and 1,000 mg and at 6,000 mg respectively.

Is recon water part of this class?

No. Recon water, which is water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol in a 10 mL glass vial, is listed under solvents and solutions. It can go on the same inquiry as anything here. Bacteriostatic water is sourced to order rather than stocked.

Which cofactors are sourced rather than stocked?

Glutathione, AICAR, Melatonin, 5-Amino-1MQ, SLU-PP-332 and Cerebrolysin are sourced to order, as is bacteriostatic water. They are not in stock, and availability, sizes and pricing come back on the quote.
